How many people are allowed to staff the booth? Each booth fee includes lunch Friday and access to general sessions for one person. Up to two additional booth staff will be permitted, however there will be no lunch provided for these persons on Friday and access to the plenary sessions will be be limited if delegate registration numbers maximize capacity. Workshops are limited to registered delegates and sponsors.
We have a large display - can we purchase multiple booths? Maybe.... we would like to accomodate all those who wish to exhibit. Conference sponsors will receive priority access to additional booth space. Enrolled exhibitors will be notified of potential access to additional space after August 15.
What are the exhibit hours? At a minimum, you should be in your booth during all breaks and the lunch which will be served in the exhibit area. Please consult the conference program for details
